Mission
My intention of starting this site and this blog is to awaken people to the fact that "shoes are not what they are all cracked up to be."  Shoes may actually be the cause of your injuries and weaknesses.  And not all shoes are created equal.  Some are more dangerous to you than others.  As a rule of thumb "the more supportive the shoe = the more harmful it is"  also "the more cushioned the shoe = the more harmful it is"  Supportive and cushioned shoes are what I like to say "invasive to your natural motion"  Overbuilt and structured shoes "invade" the way your body wants to naturally move.
